Playing as Dante, defeat 100 or more enemies during the credits at the end of the game to view an extended ending.

Unlimited Health and Devil Trigger
THIS ONLY WORKS FOR VERGIL!
Uncomfirmed if it works for Dante.
Unlock Vergil and all his costumes.Go to the last costume(purple jacket.He will have his back towards to screen.).When you start playing,activate Devil Trigger.Devil Trigger won't go down and all damage will be ignored.Also,as a bonus,your attacks will be ultra-powerful.
Note:This works in all modes and cutscenes will be disabled.
To do this from the beginning of the game,use the cheat to unlock everything.
Play as Sparda.
Unlock Dante's purple costume(looks like a fancy wealthy man.).
This is Sparda.He has Dante's attacks and combos.Also,Devil Trigger will be Sparda's demon form.
Tips for Dante.
1)When you start a new game,get killed 3 times.This will unlock easy mode.Quit the mission,and select easy mode.Since normal is like hard,easy will be more of a normal difficulty.
2)Use the default Trickster style until you unlock the Quicksilver or Doppleganger styles.These styles do not need to be leveled up and give you extra powers.
3)Max out the Ebony & Ivory weapons.
4)Use Agni and Rhuda as much as possible.
Agni and Rhunda walkthrough.
When the fight starts,fire away at the demons.When they run to the opposite end of the room,be prepared to jump up.They will run at you and jump.When they jump,you jump.Contiue to shoot as they do this.When you land,jump again.By this time the other demon should be falling from the sky.When you land,slash at the nearest one to do some damage.Repeat this until one of the two demons die.
After one dies,the other will take the fallen one's sword and attack.Jump,dodge and shoot as he attacks.When he stops,run up and slash him,then jump away when he moves.Repeat this until the screen turns black and cutscene begins.
These tricks can be tricky,since Agni and Rhunda move fast.So stock up on Vitality Stars and Holy Water.Also,grab as much Blue Orbs as possible when you are going to this boss battle.
As a reward,you will get the Agni and Rhunda swords.You can attack swiftly with these and can help you kill any enemy all the way up to Nevan.
To unlock easy mode
Die 3 times in normal mode then easy mode will be unlocked
Unlock Vergil ,all Dante and Vergil custome ,Ulimited Power of Devil Trigger and all Modes.
Unlock all unlockable except mission ,weopon and gun Cheat : On Title sreen Hold R1,R2,L1,L2,hold D-Pad Down and Right, hold Left analog Up and Left ,If you enter cheat confimly ,you heard a sound 'Devil May Cry'.
Vergil
The first time you fight Danta's twin brother a good way to kill him is to use holy water.
